Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the Wedding Dress AI - BrideMe app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Bilal Arslan (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- App usage data (pages visited, session duration)
- Device information (operating system)
The Application does not collect precise location data.
Face Data Handling
The Application processes user-uploaded images, which may include photos containing human faces.
The Application does NOT collect, extract, or store biometric identifiers such as facial recognition data, facial geometry, or faceprints.
Face data is used solely to provide requested features, including:
- Virtual wedding dress try-on and visualization
- AI-generated dress previews and style exploration
- Appearance adjustments related to the try-on experience
- Image processing needed to blend dresses with your photo
Face data is never used for identification, tracking, profiling, or biometric analysis.
AI Data Processing
To provide AI-powered features, the Application transmits user-uploaded images to third-party AI services for processing.
Images are processed through Fal.ai strictly to perform requested transformations and are not used for any other purpose.
Third Party Access
The Application uses trusted third-party services for storage, processing, and functionality:
- Cloudflare R2 – Used for temporary storage of uploaded and processed images
- Fal.ai – Used for AI-based image processing and transformations
- RevenueCat – Used for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions
These services act as data processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention Policy
Uploaded and generated images are stored temporarily and are automatically and permanently deleted within 30 days. The Service Provider periodically reviews data processing systems for relevance.

Data Protection Policy
The Service Provider stores and protects Personal Information against unauthorized access according to internal terms and regulations.
Security
The Service Provider retains uploaded and generated images for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If such information is inadvertently obtained, it will be promptly deleted upon discovery.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of changes.
