How do I cancel my trial or subscription?

App Store
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select the subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
Google Play
  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Choose the subscription
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

How do I change my payment plan?

App Store
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription
  4. Tap See All Plans
  5. Choose your new plan and confirm
Google Play
  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Choose the subscription
  5. Select the new plan and confirm

How do I check my subscription details?

App Store
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. View your active subscription details
Google Play
  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. View your active subscription details

How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

App Store
  1. Invoices are sent to the email associated with your Apple ID
  2. If you can't find it, check your spam folder
  3. For missing invoices, contact Apple Support
Google Play
  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history
  4. Find the purchase and tap Order details

Can I get a refund?

App Store
  1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select the item and choose 'Request a Refund'
Google Play
  1. Visit https://play.google.com/store/account
  2. Select Order History
  3. Find the order and select 'Request a refund' or 'Report a problem'
