- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription
How do I change my payment plan?
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription
- Tap See All Plans
- Choose your new plan and confirm
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription
- Select the new plan and confirm
How do I check my subscription details?
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- View your active subscription details
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- View your active subscription details
How can I get an invoice for my purchase?
- Invoices are sent to the email associated with your Apple ID
- If you can't find it, check your spam folder
- For missing invoices, contact Apple Support
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history
- Find the purchase and tap Order details
Can I get a refund?
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the item and choose 'Request a Refund'
- Visit https://play.google.com/store/account
- Select Order History
- Find the order and select 'Request a refund' or 'Report a problem'
